How do I find the right size?

To determine your size, please refer to our size chart available here. For the most accurate fit, measure your bust, waist, and hips, and compare these measurements to those on the chart. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact us. If you’re local, you can schedule a one-on-one appointment to try on the outfit. We understand that many ethnic outfits have unique sizing, so we’re here to help ensure you find the perfect fit.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Please note that we have a strict no-return policy on pre-loved clothing. You may choose to buy, borrow, or return items for resale. This straightforward approach helps us avoid high markups and reduces the associated headaches and labor.
Every item returned will be required to be dry cleaned.

How do rentals and purchases work?

All purchases are final once payment is made; we do not offer cancellations or refunds. At Couture Reviva, we prioritize simplicity and a stress-free experience. At this time we do not offer shipping unless it is prepaid. No refunds or returns.
For rentals, the rental fee includes the dry clean fee and rental fees apply for 3 days. Example you rent an outfit on Friday, it must be returned Monday by 6 pm. A damage deposit is held o file for rentals.
