All orders are picked up in person or you may pay for them to be delivered to you - delivery charges will apply.
At this time we are not offering shipping. If a customers wishes shipment, this would be on a case by case basis and prepaid shipment only. We are working on this as an added option in the future.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments if requested and shipment is on a prepaid basis.
